DO YOU ALSO THINK THAT BUSINESS IS BETTER THAN JOB?

Some people think that business is better than a job and some are in the favor of the job. There are some pros and cons of both. Your thinking will be changed after reading this blog. As there are some plus points of business but also it has some negative points and same is the case of job.

INVESTMENT:

If you want to start a business, you must have some investment to start a Business. And Business is not Possible without investment. Land, labor and, capital is required for business. Some people have ideas for Business but they do not have investment so they could not start a Business. And if you want to start a good business you must have a handsome amount to start a Business.

but for a job, you do not have to worry about the asset. And there is no need if an investment.

MINDSET:

To start a business, you must have a proper mindset .it is a big step to start a Business. Because you have to prepare yourself for so many challenges. It is sometimes very difficult to convince yourself to start a Business. Because it is difficult to take initiative. While for a job you do not have to convince yourself. It is a compulsory thing. You must have to do a job to earn bread and Butter.

REQUIREMENT OF A DEGREE:

To start a business there is no need for any Degree. You can start a Start Business even if you are uneducated. There are many examples of people who are uneducated but they are earning a handsome amount from Business, even educated people cannot earn such a good amount.  While for a good job degree is a compulsory thing. You cannot even apply for a job without a degree. If you are a very talented and intellectual person but you do not have any degree, the Recruiter will not even call you for an interview. So you can’t get a job without a degree.

FOLLOW TIMINGS:

If you have your own business, you can go to the office at any time. You do not have to answer anyone. If you want to sleep till noon you can sleep. If you want to work at night (although getting up early in the morning is a good habit and most successful people get up early in the morning), you can do it. You do not have to follow the 9 to 5 office timings. You can work when you want to work.

But if you are doing a job, you have to get up early in the morning and will come back home at noon and even in some offices, you have to work till late at night.

If you are late for the office you have to answer your Boss. You cannot set your timings according to your feasibility. You just have to follow the office timings and its rule and regulations.

HOLIDAYS:

When you have your Business and you are your Boss you can take leave any time and have to answer no one. If you want to go on Holiday, you can easily go on Holiday.

But on the job, you have to wait for the annual holidays or ask your Boss and if your Boss does not allow you, you can’t go on Holiday.

INTERVIEW:

For a business, you do not have to go through tough interviews. And do not have to answer others

But in jobs, the interview is the most important part. You are mostly selected based on your performance in the interview. The most hectic part is you have to pass many interviews. And even if you are very talented and have very excellent grades but if you fail in an interview you can’t get a job. Some people sometimes got nervous in interviews and they can’t perform well in interviews, so they lose their chance for the job.

RISK:

If you want to start a business you must have to prepare yourself for both Profit and loss. Profit and loss go side by side. In Business, you can earn a lot but sometimes you also have to face loss.

So in Businesses, you have to take the risk there are even some examples of people who invest their whole money and end up with nothing.

In a job you do not have to take any Risk, there is not any loss. You work for the organization and get paid on monthly basis. The profit and loss of the company do not affect you directly. So in Job, you do not have to take Risk.

When you start a Business your first profit usually comes late and even sometimes you have to face loss, but in the job, you are paid monthly so you do not have to worry about it.

NO TENSION OF BEING FIRED:

In Business you are your Boss, so no one can fire you. so you do not have to worry about being fired.

But in the job, this is the major problem. If you are in the private sector then your job is not permanent, your boss can fire you anytime,

As in the COVID period, many people lost their jobs. They end up with nothing. So this is the negative point of the job that you can be fired anytime. Although many LAWS are passed for this, these are still not implementing properly.

And in the job after a certain age limit, you are Retired, in private jobs, you even do not get a pension. So it is a disadvantage of the job while in a Business you can run your business at any age.

OBEY ORDER OF YOUR BOSS:

When you are your Boss then you do not have to follow anyone. You do the work according to your will. You do not obey anyone (but you have to listen to others, and also take into consideration their point of view).

In Job the order of your boss is final. You must obey your Boss. You do not have any other Option. So you must have to obey your Boss. It is sometimes annoying to always follow your Boss’s orders. In most jobs you are not given the freedom, to work according to your will or style. You are instructed and have to work according to it.

MORE MONEY:

In Business, you can earn a lot of money. Even you can become a millionaire or billionaire through Business. (it all depends upon your hard work and sometimes luck). most rich people in the world are Businessmen.

While in a job your salary is fixed. And you can’t become very rich through just a job.

MORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

In Business, there are more responsibilities on you as compared to job. You have to manage and look after everything, even if you have employees for this but you also have to keep an eye on all things.

Businesses are sometimes more hectic and stressful because you also have to face loss.

You have to deal will all finance, marketing, HRM and other departments. You also have to keep an eye on Political changes because political changes also affect your Business. For example: when the Government changes, new Government change the budget and sometimes change the rules and regulations for Businesses and tax matters, so a businessman have to deal will all

these things

While in a job you just have to deal with your department. Political, technological, and weather changes are not your concern. So in the job, your responsibilities are less as compared to Business.

EXPOSURE:

As a Businessman and owner of the business, you have to deal with all the departments. So you get more exposure. And your chances of development and progress are more. (because you have more resources and facilities)  while in a job you have to work in a single department so your exposure is less as compared

to Businessman.  

 CONCLUSION:

Both job and Business have some pros and cons. Job is better for you when you have no investment and experience but once you get experience and save some money start your own business, even it is small, no matter one day with your hard work you can expand it. So Business is always better than a job.
